INVITATION FOR TENDER  2022

Tenders   are invited   for  the  supply and delivery of the following goods and Services for the Period January to December 2022

NHS/01/2022: Office Stationery , Printed Ex. Books & Printing Papers

NHS/02/2022: Laboratory  chemicals  and  equipment

NHS/03/2022: Dry Grains- Maize and Beans

NHS/04/2022: Students & Staff  Uniform

NHS/05/2022: Firewood - Dry

NHS/06/2022: Maize Four, Sugar, salt, Rice & cooking Fat

NHS/07/2022: Sports Uniform and Games Equipment

NHS/08/2022: Electrical Fittings

NHS/09/2022: Animal Feeds  & Farm inputs

NHS/10/2022: Fresh  Fruits 

NHS/11/2022: Insurance Cover for the School Bus/Building & WIBA

NHS/12/2022: Fresh Vegetables & Irish Potatoes

NHS/13/2022: Electrical Works 

NHS/14/2022: Fresh Bread – 400gms

NHS/15/2022: Fresh Meat (beef)

NHS/16/2022: Detergents/Disinfectant & Tea leaves

NHS/17/2022: Computer/Copy Printer Accessories & consumables

NHS/18/2022: Supply and servicing of fire fighting equipment

NHS/19/2022: Supply of Newspapers

Tender forms  may  be  collected  from  the Accounts  office during  normal  working

Hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ksh.1000/= Per Tender Document.

Complete  tender  documents  should  be  submitted  in  plain  sealed  envelop clearly  marked  

With the tender number so as to reach the undersigned by 1.00pm on 21 December 2021.

Tenders received after 1.00 pm on 21 DECEMBER 2021 shall not be considered. 

The  school  reserves  the  right  to  accept  or  reject  any  tenders  either  in  whole  

 or  in  part  and  is  not  bound  to  give  reasons  for  its  decision.  

Payment of goods and services is within 90 days.
